Enzymes

The company over the years has build up expertise in synthesis of enzymes. It has isolated characterized, purified and scaled more than 10 enzymes from diverse microorganisms including bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi. These enzymes are being used in synthesis of drug intermediates substituting chemical synthesis (biotransformation) and in synthesis of unnatural amino acids.

The company currently has laboratory scale and the pilot scale infrastructure for developing the processes for these enzymes. The company currently uses the facilities of third parties for manufacturing these enzymes.
