First Indian Peptide Symposium
- The Symposium was organized by the Indian Peptide Society a society registered in India under the societies act and having its registered office in New Delhi.
- The symposium was held in Hyderabad on February 22nd and 23rd, 2007 at the Auditorium complex of N. G. Ranga Agriculture University.
- The chief guest at the symposium was Professor Yoshiaki Kiso, Kyoto Pharmaceutical University Japan, who is also the Chairman of the Japanese Peptide Society.
- The symposium received excellent response and was attended by more than 250 delegates from India and abroad. The symposium provided a platform for academic, research and medical institutions and industry covering synthesis, new drug development and technology and equipment manufacturers to interact and network with each other as also understand the research and development in this filed.
