After his father’s demise in 2004 has become the Chairman and Managing Director Chairman & Managing Director Rudolf H. Tanner A chemical engineer by qualification from Switzerland.Experience of working for nearly two and half decades with Bachem, AG, Switzerland the world leader in peptides. Has been with the company since 2006. Director Dr. M. C. Srinivasan A mycologist by qualification. He spend his entire career in National Chemical Laboratory one of the most prestigious research institution in India and retired from there as Deputy Director and Head of Biochemistry Department Independent Director K. N. Guha A Law graduate had a three decade career with the State Bank Group. Worked in various departments from credit, operations etc and also had a stint with SBI Caps the merchant banking arm of State Bank of India. Independent Director

Management

Dr. Haribabu Meriyala, President – R&D: aged about 56 years leads the R&D team. He holds a Phd in organic chemistry and has about 28 years experience in R&D developing technologies and processes for the pharmaceutical and the chemical industry. He has fourteen international patents to his credit and 21 doctoral fellows have completed Phd under his guidance. During this career he has also worked for 5 years at the internationally renowned institute ETH-Zurich, Switzerland.

 

Mr. J. S. Murthy, President – Formulations : aged about 54 years leads the formulation business. He is a graduate in pharmacology from Birla Institute of Technology, Pilani and has nearly 30 years experience in formulations sales and marketing. During this period he has worked with several leading companies including Natco Pharmaceuticals, Biological E Limited, Gland pharma etc

 

Mr. P. Veerabhadra Rao, Vice President – Finance: aged about 38 years has been with the company for more than a decade and is looking after the finance and accounts function and also holds the responsibility of compliance officer.

 

Mr. B. Srikanth, Vice President – Projects: aged about 35 years is a qualified engineer in Chemical engineer. He has been with the company for nearly a decade and is responsible for design engineering and implementation of all plant and machinery. He also liases with the regulatory agencies such as pollution control board etc regarding the companies operations. He is also managing the overall operation of one of the recently acquired manufacturing facilities of the company located at kazipally in Medak district located near Hyderabad city.

 

Mrs. V. K. Saipriya, Vice President – Exports: aged about 35 years is a management graduate. She has been with the company for last 15 years and looks after the export marketing support function. Her responsibilities further include all the export, logistics & movements and co-ordination with various plants located in India & overseas.
